Brendan’s life truly exemplifies this quote. He is the co-founder and director of the leading executive recruitment and consulting firm, FT Executive, which he started with his wife, Laura.
Brendan started his sales career in his native Dublin, Ireland, before relocating to Australia in 2010 where he quickly accelerated his capabilities and experiences by introducing Project management methodologies and customer-centric processes to his sales tool kit. He firmly believes that it’s the customers who drive business and creating a customer-centric organisation holds the key to success in a competitive landscape. He brings over two decades of experience to the table and is backed by a successful track record in the realm of, sales, CX and customer success.
By putting his knowledge and experience in the right place, he has been able to take FT Executive to new heights of success. He focuses on providing effective training and development opportunities to upgrade the skills of employees, as well as enabling businesses to retain their customers through customer success consulting.
Over the years, Brendan succeeded in developing long-lasting relationships with both Government, corporate and start-up entities across a broad spectrum of industries—something that helped him build a very successful career in Sales and Customer Experiences.
